Saf-T-Block Is Introducing (2) New Light-Weight Adjustable Safety Press Block

Saf-T-Block is pleased to announce the
"NEW" Lightweight Adjustable Safety Press Block. It is
produced with the same strict standards as our larger safety press
blocks. The lightweight models have been tested by an outside laboratory
with excellent results. They are specifically engineered to use when the
working space is small, but maximum protection is required. This is
often the case for smaller presses and for press brakes.
The two new basic sizes of the lightweight press blocks allow for a
range of adjustment from 6" with 4" adjustment, to 10"
with 8" adjustment in height at very low prices. This is performed
while maintaining a static load capacity of up to 35 tons. The new
design allows for easy storage using our holder to keep the lightweight
block close to the work area. Used with the electrical power cut-off
system, it will provide the safety that your employee wants and needs.
Because it is so lightweight and simply designed, your employees will
use it, compared to often heavier and more cumbersome blocks.
If room in the work area allows, the lightweight safety
blocks should be used with the base plate to allow maximum stability.
These "NEW" lightweight safety press blocks are available
immediately from stock and will be shipped the same day if the order is
received before noon.

Their Newest Addition
~ The Mid-Weight Adjustable Safety Press Block
The Mid-Weight Adjustable Safety Block is produced to the
same standards used for manufacturing both our Light-Weight and larger
Standard safety press blocks.
The Mid-Weight Adjustable series has been successfully
tested by an outside third party laboratory. This series is specifically
engineered to be used between our Light-Weight adjustable press block
(LSB-1B & 2B - rated at 35 tons), 7" to 19" available
height and our Standard SB-1 adjustable (rated at 125 tons), up to
72" available height with 5" to 12" screw adjustment.
The Mid-Weight series is available from 10" to
60" by the inch and has the option of a 5" up to a 12" screw
adjustment. This design maintains a static load of up to 75 tons and
this Mid-Weight block is easily stored in our optional holder. These
blocks are also available with our electrical power cut-off system,
adding safety to your press and for your employees. The size and weight
makes it very easy for them to move the block assembly into and out of
the press area.
Saf-T-Block strongly recommends the base for stability
and end protection if room permits in the press working area. Handles
also aid in the moving of the blocks if the blocks become oily.
These Mid-Weight models can normally be shipped within
96 hours after receipt of order.
